1. GENERAL
- Our general terms and conditions of sale take precedence, even over the general and special purchasing conditions of our customers.
- Our quotation and our specifications are valid for one month.
2. PRICES
- The prices we charge are always those valid at the time of delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise. They can be revised at any time and without prior notice.
- Our prices are valid from the time of departure from our warehouse in Belgium, freight, taxes and charges not included.
3. CONTRACT
- Orders signed by the buyer cannot be destroyed.
4. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
- The agreed delivery times are approximate and will be met to the best of our ability. Exceeding the delivery period does not give the buyer the right to cancel the order or to refuse receipt or payment of the goods and does not give him the right to compensation.
- Shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
- For urgent orders an additional transport cost will be charged. The choice of the means of transport is up to us unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- If an order cannot be fully fulfilled because some or all of the goods included are not in stock, these goods can be delivered at a later date.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
- Our invoices are payable in cash, unless otherwise specified.
- In case of late payment, interest of 10% per year, as well as compensation of 10% (with a minimum of €75) are due by operation of law and without notice of default.
6. RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
- The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the price.
- All risks are borne by the buyer. The advances paid remain ours to compensate for possible losses in the event of resale.
7. COMPLAINTS
- Complaints and disputes will only be considered if they are made known to our registered office by registered letter at the latest 7 days after receipt of the goods.
- Returns will only be accepted if they have been the subject of our prior written agreement and if they arrive at our premises carriage paid.
8. AUTHORITY
- For all disputes and differences to which the current agreement may give rise, only the courts of Ghent shall have jurisdiction.
